Animated Specks Falling on a Soft Blue Background

This video shows softly focused animation of numerous small specks falling diagonally against a dark blue background. The specks are white or very light blue, some are round and some are small shards or splinters. They appear to be falling at different rates and in different focal planes. The scene is softly illuminated and mysterious. This footage could be used to evoke a feeling of winter, weather, or magic.
