Watercolor Brushes

After months of experimentation, The Artifex Forge is very excited to release these naturalistic, watercolor, vector brushes. This versatile pack features a huge range of authentically textured strokes that were sampled from real watercolor for maximum authenticity. Why not use it to take your digital art to the next level?

Real watercolors are applied by building up layers of washes to create tone. The unpredictable runs and blemishes give both character and charm, and this is what I've captured in this super-realistic set. They not only look great but are also amazingly easy to use - enjoy yourself with brushes that are both well-made and full of creative potential! To use them, just set the blend mode to multiply and overlap the strokes, building up that texture and tone.
